Enjoy a good shower in the big bathroom and have a great dinner in the living room. You can share a good conversation, play a game of billiards or enjoy a great movie with Netflix. Have a good night !! ¬ Appartment available at 5pm. ¬ Occupancy for 6 people maximum ¬ Opening by yourself with automated key ¬ 2 Beds Top Confort (200*180) ¬ Sofa (2 people maximum) in the living room ¬ Wifi and TV with Netflix at your disposition ¬ Appartement with all the equipments on the ground floor, the 1rst door on the left (independant entrance) ¬ Located in a quiet street in the center of the city of Joigny, at 100m of every commodities (bakery, ATM, market, restaurant, …) ¬ Private Parking Lot Outside in front of the building Entire appartment available for the travelers. Automated entry with a key box in front of the door of the appartment. I will be available by mail or phone for any problems, questions have the travelers. Accessibilities : ¬ By car at 6 bis rue des moines (besides Guimbarde Street), Private parking lot inside the courtyard. ¬ By train from the Joigny Station and 5 min by car from there or 20 min of walk. You can access to the appartment even during late hours with his automated entry (key box). The Appartment has to be clean after your passage please (the household chores is not included for 1 nigth). All the things for clean are available in the storage furniture. The equipments in the appartment are : - Sofa in the Living Room- TV HD - Internet WI-FI- Mocrowave- 2 Heating plates- Fridge with a freezer- Pod Coffee maker- Vacuum cleaner , broom , shovel , ....- Storage Cabinet- Towels and sheets provided- Dishes and cultery- Cooking Tools- Iron- Hair Dryer The rules are simple : No Party during the night !Failure to comply with this rule will automatically result in the deposit being withheld.. Non-Smoking Accomodation ! You can still smoke outside the building We do the maximum for offer you the best appartment possible for your stay and the others visitors. By respect for them, thank you in advance for respect all these rules. Our appartment has a hot water tank. When it’s empty it needs some time to reload. Before you departure thank you to clean the appartement as it was at your arrival. If you don’t want to make clean the appartment before leaving, a supplement of 15 € will be asked before your arrival.
