Little dream house in a perfect spot...

Beautiful small house located a few km from the city and surrounded by nature and mountains, a perfect place where you can relax and recharge your "batteries". It offers great views of the mountains and a lot of privacy. It is 10 min. from the city Kranj and 35 min. from the capital Ljubljana, there are a lot of hiking trails around, also great for biking. It is an ideal place if you like privacy and nature. It is a small house (50m2), located below a big meadow looking towards the mountains. You can realy enjoy the nature by watching the birds and deers running on a meadow almost every day. I am available 24/7 for any kind of questions or help. Perfect location for hiking, there are a lot of marked hiking trails around. You can start right from the house to Mala poljana (2h walk, (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) m), or Tolsti vrh (3h walk, (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) m), or take a 4h30min to the (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) m high Storzic. It is great for biking also, if you like biking through small villages, local farms, facing the mountains, you can also have 8km trip to beatiful lake Preddvor, or go skiing on Krvavec in the winter, which is 20min away. the location is excellent for daily trips with your car to some of the beautiful parts of slovenia like: -bled 30km (23min.) beautiful lake bled, bled castle,... -krvavec 21km (28min.) biggest ski resort in slovenia, also great in summer -kranjska gora 62km (47min.) ski resort, lot of winter and summer sports... -pokljuka 44km (49min.) cross country, biathlon skiing, hiking... -ljubljana 35km (25min.) beautiful capital of slovenia -postojna 87km (56min.) amazing postojna cave -koper 140km (1h25min.) the seaside the location is marked on the map, but it seems the adress is not marked on (Hidden by Airbnb) maps or car navigation so therefore I always wait for my guests where is most suitable for them to escort them to the house and also give them the keyes and show them around the house, so there is no need to worry about finding the house.
