Casona (stone Spanish House) decorated in a rural style. It's completely avaiable de first level of the house. The second floor will not be occuppied neither by other guests nor by their hostess. It consists of: Two bedrooms with a double bed each; a living room with a double sofa-bed and TV; a lounge with a single sofa-bed. A fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher. Two bathrooms. There is also a green outdoor area ideal to enjoy and rest with bbq. There are two entrances, totally independant. One pedestrian and the other for the cars. You can park the car inside the venue. There will be an avaiable person to check in and check out, that will provide you the information and all the details needed to make your stay as nice as possible. The house is ten minutes walk from the village centre, where you will find many bar/restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. There is a park for the children and a sportscentre with pool and paddle courts. Just in case, there is a health centre and a pharmacy as well. You'll be able to enjoy pleasant walks near the house. The house is located in an inland village that is near to many seasides. It's only ten minutes driving from some different beaches of many coastal villages like Noja, Ajo and Isla. It is 30 minutes away by car from Cabárceno's Natural Park and also 30 minutes from Santander. It's 15 minutes from the highway.
