What you will love about the home * Excellent birdwatching - Enjoy a glass of your favourite beverage from the balcony and be entertained by the antics of the many bird species, including Currawongs, Lorikeets, King Parrots and Bower Birds. * Close proximity to Heritage sites - Ticehurst park is a 5 minute walk from the home and features aboriginal rock carvings of Emu’s and water bowls. * Amazing cultural experiences - Norman Lindsay Gallery and Café is a perfect spot for brunch and to spend the morning exploring the Gallery and grounds. * Explorations - Neighboring Springwood village is bursting with cafes, restaurants and shopping boutiques. And all the mountains have to offer is within a short 20 minute drive. * Excellent bushwalking tracks - Explore and discover with tracks for every fitness level. You will have access to the entire 1 - bedroom home. Please note that the owners do live in a separate part the property (60 metres away) but apart from sharing the driveway, you will have total privacy during your stay. Faulconbridge is a perfectly located sleepy little country town with great connections to the city and all and everything the mountains have to offer. You can explore many nearby locations and will feel like a true local staying here. Everyone is super friendly and will greet you with a big smile. No matter if you stay for a weekend getaway or an extended holiday you will not want to leave. Transport is great and super easy. Faulconbridge station is a 20 minute walk away from the home. An undercover park and ride station is located in Springwood (5 minutes drive). Express trains to and from the city as well as into the mountains stop at Springwood. Usage of home: While you will have the whole advertised home to yourself there is a separate part of the property (60m away) that is used by the owners. They are lovely and apart from sharing the driveway will leave you to get on with your stay. Noise Policy: We always follow strict noise regulations and ask you to be respectful and considerate. Any breach of the noise regulations may result in eviction without a refund of the remaining funds or deposit. Age Limit: We do not accept reservations for groups with travellers under the age of 23 years unless a specific exception has been approved. The home is perfect for mature travellers and families. Supplies: A complimentary welcome pack will be provided that includes several single-use items to get you started including tea, coffee, sugar, milk, soap, laundry, and dishwashing supplies. For extended stays, we ask you to remember to bring extra provisions.
