Bistrica Cottage ~in balance with nature~

Bistrica Cottage is located next to the Bistrica river. River was named based on its crystal clear water. Therefore, nature surrounding as one of the main attractions gives feeling of fairy tale. Once upon a time, this was a mill house which is renovated to meet nowadays requirements. By it's address, cottage belongs to village Perići, even though it's distanced around 2km from it. Therefore, cottage is isolated and offers privacy. Cottage is the 4 star (*) holiday home for 5 people. Ground floor is open concept living area, equipped with kitchen, dining space and bathroom. Upper floor is open floor plan loft with king size bed and one single bed, sofa, fireplace stove and balcony with the lovely view to the river and waterfall (during season of higher water level) as well as the view of the meadow and the barbecue area. Loft is designed as sleeping area for three persons, two persons additionally are able to sleep at the couch (160x200) in the ground floor living area. For your comfort, cottage is fully air conditioned, even though during the hot summer days the temperature is comfortable to stay due to combination of stone walls and wood. For heating of the house, fireplace and electric radiators are available. Free wi-fi is available inside and outside of house. Our entertainment system includes TV, indoor and outdoor speakers with wifi/bluetooth connections and iPad. In front of cottage is the terrace, meadow and the barbecue area. Behind the cottage is the wooden heated hot tub with sunbeds for relaxation with the sound of waterfall and river. For brave ones, due to its cold water, river can be suitable for swimming, but for all others there is a hot tub. Combination of hot tub bath and short entrances to the river is a unique experience which we would recommend. House is convenient for relaxing and enjoying during the day and night.
