Spacious One Bedroom apartment

Spacious one bedroom flat. There is a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed for two people in the living room. There Is WiFi. You can acces to the back garden through the door window in the bedroom. Here there is a BBQ and sittings. The flat is perfect for couples, families and friends. Close to the flat there are supermarkets, two pharmacies, cafes, pizzeria and a laundry. Two bikes are available. -> THE FLAT IS NEXT TO THE RAILWAY, THAT MEANS THAT THERE COULD BE TRAIN NOISE SOMETIMES. The flat is just next to the beach and close to the bus stop and train station, charateristics that make it very convenient for the movement with public transport. You can reach the Conero beaches by bus (45/60 min), the Senigallia beach by train or bus (15 min), Fano by train (25 min), Pesario by train (30 min), Riccione (45 min) and Rimini (60 min) by train. I need to access to the garden every 2 or 3 days to water the plants. The garden has an indipendent access so I will not enter in the flat during your stay.
