Private entrance to your Apartment with a very comfortable queen size bed (with memory foam mattress), sleeps two, with fresh linens and a wardrobe for you to unpack. The Apartment has a queen bed, desk, Smart TV, and a sofa bed that sleeps two. We provide clean sheets, & towels for your use. Free WIFI is accessible in the entire apartment. Also, there's a sunny garden (orto) with organic vegetables and herbs and yes, we're happy to share the harvest. RATES: Prices vary depending on the season and number of guests. Calendar shows correct prices for 1 person. THE SPACE: - Private entrance to your... - Living area with sofa bed (sleeps 2), TV, table and chairs, and pellet heater. - Sleeping area (queen size bed sleeps 2), desk and wardrobe for you to unpack into. - Fully equipped kitchenette with mini fridge, & electric kettle. - Private bathroom with walk in shower, iron, ironing board, & washing machine. - Welcome basket with biscuits, cereal, pasta, pasta sauce, tea, coffee, a bottle of wine, & jam, along with juice, milk, eggs and bottled water in the fridge. Check-In at/after 3:00pm Check-Out at/before 11:00am Other times can be arranged, please ask. With your own separate entrance the Loft Apartment really is your home away from home. We offer a warm, personal welcome and give great tips and recommendations and answer all of your questions. Our house is connected to the apartment, and we are here for any questions, or guidance you may need. We love meeting new people and we will be here to greet you and show you around when you arrive. (We respect your privacy during your stay but are also available should you need us for anything). We have two children, a girl aged 19 and a boy aged 17. we also have a friendly Dog named Fiume and 3 Cats... The Borgata is located at the foot of the Alps, a place where you will feel like you have stepped back in time. This is definitely a place where you can 'get away from it all', enjoy quiet, rural surroundings hiking and even a dip in the river. As we are living in a working Borgata you will need to have some sturdy shoes and will certainly be interacting with nature. Horses, cows, goats, sheep all pass by our house as the livestock is moved to summer grazing. We keep chickens and rabbits, and have a veggie garden and you are welcome to pick something fresh to include with your meals. Although we are a rural community the town of Pinerolo is a short bus ride away and it is also possible to connect to Turin by train for a day trip. It's also possible to be in France for a day trip, we often do this through the summer and it's wonderful. It's very easy to get around, we have a bus that comes to our local village and can take you right through the Valley. Pinerolo is on the bus line and has a train station that can connect you to Turin. It's also an easy walk (2kms) to our local village which has coffee shops, grocery store, butcher, pharmacy and a market on Tuesdays. Hospitality was spot on. Apartment is gorgeous (you both did an amazing job) and the views, country side & locals are just gorgeous. We'll definitely be back asap. None of us wanted to leave.
