La Pulcia Bed, Breakfast and Boutique is located in an independent house a few steps away from Gradara Castle. The house, surrounded by greenery, is provided with a private parking. KING ROOM ROSE The King Room Rose, situated on the upper floor of the house, features a private bathroom with shower, a countryside-view-terrace where to have breakfast and a little and comfortable room dedicated to tea, infusion and coffee. Breakfast is served on the terrace that is covered and heated up in winter. The terrace is furnished with a table and armchairs and is located in a strategic position on the top floor of the house where you can enjoy the magic view of the countryside. On the terrace we suggest you to sunbathe during summer and to relax in the evening looking at the sunset after a day spent on the beach. The furniture is a mix of style bringing together romatic, shabby-chic and Occitan details with the homely atmosphere and its comforts. To make sure you have a good sleep, the room is quiet, the mattress is anatomic and the bed linen are made of superior quality fabrics: silk, cotton, lace and vintage broderie anglaise. The room provides free air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, minibar, infusion and coffee room. The available areas are: the room, the bathroom, the living room and the terrace.
