Brand new, sunny, modern and comfortable, fully equipped appartment with terrace, a big garden, free parking & Wi-Fi, located in the middle of the outstanding Mediterranean landscape, with a relaxing view on the green valley, in a quiet and peacefulness neighborhood, surrounded by olive trees and vineyards, just a few minutes from the city center Koper and the nearby beaches. We supply breakfast or other freshly made meals with ingredients of our local producers-on request. We rent bicycles.. The spacious BED & BREAKFAST CERVICED appartment (50 mq) offers air-conditioned accommodation with a terrace and free WiFi. Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen and brand new furniture. It has a big bedroom with one big and very comfortable bed and a closet. Three children or guests can be situated in the living room area on big sofa and one single bed. The baby cot is olso available after request and additional charge. The new kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, induction hob/cooktop, a micro oven, fridge with freezer, a dishwasher and electric water kettle. All the basic ingredients are available (salt, sugar, oil, vinegar). The big, spacious bathroom has a shower, washing machine and enough shelfs to put on your personal things. Fresh towels and linens are waiting for you, as well as the hair dryer. The living room has a large comfortable couch – bed, a big Smart LCD TV, free WI-FI with a cable tv programm scheme. The Koper marina and Koper beach, are just as relaxing and provide incredibly stunning sunsets in the summers. - SIMON'S BAY and IZOLA BEACH which means island, is another small and pebbly beach in the old fishing village of Izola, close by to Strunjan Park. Izola stretches out deep into the Adriatic Sea, and so the Izola beach provides incredible views of the Slovenian Riviera. The sunsets at this intimate beach are clear and colorful, as fishermen carry on with their duties just off the shoreline. Nearby, there is a picturesque lighthouse, and several restaurants which serve some of the best fresh seafood and local wines. - The DEBELI RTIČ BEACH/ THICK LITTLE CAPE is another hidden gem of the Slovenian Riviera. Is located in the city of Ankaran - very close to the Italian border. A pristine beach which has been awarded the Blue Flag of ecology. It is situated in a wondreful natural setting. Punta Grossa) is a cape in the northern Adriatic Sea on the border between Slovenia and Italy. It is located north-west of the Slovenian town of Ankaran, and west of the Italian town of Muggia. The name literally means 'Thick Little Cape'. Part of the cape is protected as a natural monument, which is also home to the only salt meadow on the shores of the Mediterranean sea. The natural monument area covers about 800 metres (2,600 ft) of coastline around the western edge, including the cliffs and the abrasian terase. - SLOVENIAN ISTRIA fascinates with its Roman, medieval and Venetian influences and the beauty of its nature. RECOMMENDED PLACES TO VISIT: - NATURE PARK STRUNJAN The most characteristic part of the Strunjan landscape park is the 80-metre cliff composed of flysch forming a massive wall. A large white cross on the top of the cliffs overlooks Moon Bay with the most spectacular sunsets. Walking along the coast you will come to the lagoon with salt pans. The salt pans in Strunjan are both the northernmost and the smallest salt pans in the Mediterranean. When the weather is good, some of the outstanding vantage points offer views extending all the way to the Bay of Trieste and Mt. The appartment is furnished with touch and small details that gives you a warm hug as it was your home. Outside the house (in the box) we have a young, adorable and very friendly dog -German Shepherd. Pets are allowed, after request for additional charge.
