Welcome to Ivi's! Brand new, beautiful, clean and fully equipped appartment, at a quiet place. Book it and use it as a base for your beach explorations, or stay in and relax. With cooking and barbeque facilities, and all electrical amenities, you can feel like home. With a large back-yard and a pergola next to the barbeque, grass and flowers all around and plenty of free parking, you can be sure that your holidays will be just as you want them. All our guests can use the back yard, the barbecue, the pergola, and the free parking space. For questions about the premises or the area of Kavala, feel free to ask, either directly or through a message, sms, Viber, (Hidden by Airbnb) etc. Perfect for 2 couples or families, Ivi's is located at a peacefull spot in Amygdaleonas, just next to to Kavala. In a 3 minutes walk you can find super-markets, pharmacies, cafe's, taverns and snack-bars. Kavala's city center is only 8 minutes by car. The archaeological site of Filippoi is 8km away, and at its ancient theater you can enjoy the "Filippoi Festival", with theatrical plays and concerts all summer. The nearest beach, Kalamitsa, is just a 5 minutes drive, and the best beaches of the area, and maybe Greece, called "Ammolofoi" (meaning "sandhills") is only a 15 minutes drive. For those who love to hike, Paggaio mountain is 15 minutes away.
