The apartment has been recently remodeled and it has everything that you may need for a perfect vacation. Dishwasher, washing machine, walk-in cabinets, 2 full bathrooms and a great balcony where you can relax, read a book, have breakfast or simply enjoy the view. One of the bedroom has been decorated for the kids to enjoy their space with nice colors and toys. Located on the last floor of one of the tallest buildings shows a great view from every window and the balcony. Completely remodeled without sparing anything. Guests will have access to the entire apartment Local hosts will be available if you need them to give you advices or if there is any problem Power consumption is not included in the price. The cost of a KWh is 0.29 Euro. Generally the average energy consumption of our guests does not exceed a cost of 1 or 2 Euros per day depending on the number of guests and the use of the air conditioning. For stays of 7 nights or longer all the linens and towels for each guest is included in the rental. For shorter stays during the low season it is quite possible that we can still include it free of charge (please inquiry us in advance to confirm the availability). A damage deposit of 150 euro is required at check-in
