THE VILLA The apartment is located in Casa Elisabetta Short Lets, a two-story villa full of charm, situated in a quiet area within walking distance of the village Caposele. The villa, unparalleled in the whole region for its location on top of a giant rock, is surrounded by fruit trees, prickly pears and ancient olive trees. The villa is surrounded by an idyllic landscape of wonderful mountains, cultivated fields, churches and bell towers that with the pleasant sound of their bells revive the magical atmosphere of old times. At the entrance of the villa, there is a private parking free of charge for the whole stay. BIKER'S CAMP APARTMENT- Smart working friendly Apartment of about 80 m2 on the first floor, BIKE-FRIENDLY, charming and spacious with EXCLUSIVE ACCESS TO THE SWIMMING POOL (usually open from 01/07 to 30/09), provides the comfort and space needed for a perfect holiday experience. The pool is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden where lavender, sage, rosemary create a truly special sensory experience. The accommodation, characterized by a traditional Italian design, is tastefully decorated with mountain biking items and images that create an inspirational atmosphere of exploration and discovery. DETAILED DESCRIPTION The apartment is fully furnished, with 2 separate bedrooms with a double bed and TV, living room with a comfortable sofa bed (for 2 guests) and a space for up to six bikes (bike holder are provided), desk with ergonomic chair, desk for couch, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and 2 bathrooms with shower. Bedroom 1 is fresh, comfortable, practical and equipped with TV. Furthermore, this room offers direct access to a cozy terrace with a panoramic view of the village and surrounding mountains. The terrace is equipped with comfortable outdoor sofas, near the apartment's main entrance. Here guests can enjoy the meal, read a nice book or sip a tasty local wine at sunset in complete relaxation. Bedroom 2 provides you with great comfort and relaxation. It is equipped with TV and furnished with ancient furnitures wonderfully restored, featured by a traditional Italian style.  Guests can enjoy the meal also on the balcony which offers a breathtaking view of the Sele Valley and surrounding mountains. The balcony is equipped with table and chairs. -FAMILY KIT- In order to guarantee the best travel experience for families, on request we set up and furnish the apartments by integrating the Family Kit. It consists of a crib, high chair, potty, step stool, changing table, baby bath, playmat, cutlery for kids, safety gate.  Free high-speed internet (30-50 MB/sec). Caposele belongs to the Picentini Mountains Regional Park, and is also known as the "ancient water kingdom" for the karstic water springs of the Sele River. The springs feed the world's longest aqueduct: the Pugliese Aqueduct, one of the most extraordinary hydraulic engineering works ever built by hand in the world. Several unique churches tell Caposele’s history and culture in addition to representing a symbol of spirituality deeply felt by the locals. In particular, the Sanctuary and the Basilica of San Gerardo are a place of worship that attracts thousands of faithful. Our apartments are roughly a 1 hour drive from beautiful beaches and all the most famous attractions in Campania (Amalfi and Cilento Coast, Pompei, Naples, Paestum and Royal Palace of Caserta). OUTDOOR EXPERIENCES Just stepping out of our apartments you can enjoy exciting outdoor experiences like hiking, river trekking, mountain biking or climbing. If you prefer to relax all your senses on the spot, you can also practice yoga or meditation immersed in the olive tree garden surrounding our villa. HOW TO REACH US The closest airport is the International Airport of Napoli-Capodichino, about 100 km from our village Caposele. At the airport, you can rent a car. The closest train station is the Train Station of Contursi Terme, about 25 km from our village Caposele. Transfers from/to the train station or the airport are provided by a travel agency in Caposele.
