Inviting very peaceful

My townhome decor is a very modern two bedroom one and a half bath. Television in both bedrooms and the living room Fireplace in the dining room and living room. The host will make you feel like it's your own home. Giving you full access to cooking and laundry. Guests have 100% private space in the 3rd-floor bedrooms area. The kitchen laundry the deck area. Couples one bedroom I will be in and out of my home. My time is spent on the 1st floor basement. I make myself available only if I'm needed, all guests have 100% privacy. My townhouse is second to the end extremely quiet. On and off street parking All guests will have the whole upstairs to themselves. But have access to other parts of the house. I will be living in or out of the home as well.
