Beautiful Home in Redlands

Come experience all the sites and smells this citrus town has to offer! The 4 bedroom home sits just 5 minutes from historic downtown Redlands. You and your guests are sure to have a great stay whether you're out and about or just relaxing at home. Potty trained dog(s) may be allowed with prior approval. Please send us a message with the size and breed of your dog to receive approval. Cats are not allowed. Built in the 1960s, this home has undergone a few major updates. 2,177 square feet houses 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a great room, dining room, kitchen, living room, and garage. One of the focal points of the home is the backyard, which boasts a covered patio, built in barbecue grill, fire pit, pool, spa, and putting green. Guests will have access to to everything they need for their stay (except food)! All guests can access the home without assistance. Located on the corner of a cul-de-sac, meaning we only neighbor two homes directly (one to the side and one behind). Most of the neighbors are permanent residents, making this area feel homely. It's a great area to go for a stroll. Prospect Park is a just under a mile away and a great place to explore with a great view of Redlands. The house address will be released one day prior to your reservation. Hello, we are Roger and Pamala Kay Schwarz and we raised our two children in this wonderful home. They have grown and moved on (sadly) causing us to no longer need the enormous space that this home provides. My Husband and I recently moved to a smaller home that is better suited for the two of us, though we just couldn't get rid of this Redlands Gem. So we decided to place it on Airbnb!
