It is connected with a small kitchen and bathroom for the privat use of the guests of the sunflowersroom. La dimora si trova in un sito di valore panoramico e artistico, accessibile solo a residenti e ospiti, tramite una stradina stretta ed erta di circa 100 metri giungendo sulla terrazza della casa con splendida vista su Verona. The road is a little clouse, but it comes right of the terrace of the house with beautiful views of Verona.
