Captain's Countryside Villa for up to 8 visitors

We offer a free parking space in a private parking area near the Old Town, 7’ walking distance for your comfort. It’s a 3 floor house with internal stairs, fully equipped for a big family or more, with 400sqm garden. It’s 8 kilometers from the airport&9 from the Old Town. If you are looking to rent a holiday home, which assures peace&quite, but is close to the Old Town, shops, restaurants & nightlife , near to some of the most gorgeous beaches, then Captain's house may be your holiday paradise. Our house of 190sqm has 3 floors with internal stairs. It has 3 fully equipped bathrooms, each in every floor. The first floor has 2 a/c bedrooms, one fully equipped bathroom and a common balcony, the ground floor has the kitchen with ceiling fan, the living room with 2 ceiling fans, the dining area, a fully equipped bathroom and a balcony, also the lower level that has its own entrance from the backyard garden and the internal stairs, which is an open area of 75sqm with one double bed, two single beds, a double sofa, an arm chair with 2 floor fans and a fully equipped bathroom. The whole house is available for the same party of people due to the fact that the house has internal stairs. Due to covid-19 if you want we may not meet up in person. Other wise we meet with guests upon arrival and upon leave. We give two keys to the guests and if needed alarm code that changes for every housing. Guests are also provided with detailed driving instructions and a phone number available 24/7 for any need that may arise. For reservations for 7days or more there will be extra cleaning once a week of bathrooms, kitchen and changing linen & towels which is included in the rent. The house is located in a quite area outside Kynopiastes village, but it has nearby, not more than 2km, all necessary facilities such as, 2 mini markets, 2 cafe - bars, pharmacy, bakery, 3 restaurants, petrol station, Olive museum. The house is 8km from the airport, 9km from the center. Surrounded by the most beautiful beaches, such as Agios Gordios 5km, Glyfada 9km & other sights such as Achilleion 5km & Paleokastritsa 20km. Cars can be parked inside the garden or/and opposite the house Perfect location right in the center of the island so the visitor can access everywhere in not more than 70’.
