Our Bed & Breakfast is a stone's throw from Lake Karapiro's water sports and rowing. A 5 minute drive to Cambridge township for a spot of shopping. A fully private one bedroom Annexe, while connected to the main house is fully independent so you can be assured of your privacy. As there is a Sofa bed the room can accommodate four but the booking cost covers two people. Continental breakfast starter items provided for you to make breakfast when you are ready, whether this be early or later. Guests have dedicated kitchen and bathroom facilities with large separate bedroom with quality queen bed. This annexe is connected but fully separate from the main house. Full amenities incorporating lounge and dining room, private courtyard with own BBQ and alfresco dining with access to large 15 metre swimming pool. Private access to annexe that is independent from the main house so guests can come and go as they please, including ample private parking. Hosts will be happy to accommodate special needs and requirements i.e Ironing board and Iron plus laundry facilities upon request. Situated close to Karapiro Lake so you are on the door step to all the action of the lake, from rowing to water sports, cycling and walking trails. Availability of a Sofa bed if there is a need for additional guest, max of two additional people can be accommodated @ $15 per person
