A popular beauty spot for Walkers and Mountain Bike enthusiasts. The M4 and surrounding valley communities are all within easy reach. Cwmcarn Forest Drive has a great visitor centre, cafe, lake and play areas for children to explore. The Scenic Drive is now open to vehicles and a small charge applies for this. The rear enclosed garden accessed by steps, backs onto the forestry and the babbling brook. It’s likely you will hear the resident owl. Please note the Forest is accessed via the road. Ty Nance is fully equipped with everything you need for a self catering holiday. A travel cot and high chair and baby bath is available if required during your stay. On street parking is available. Secure Bike storage available in the basement. Our village is very friendly, within walking distance approximately 10 minutes and offers convenience stores, butchers, florist, post office, local pubs and takeaways. There are a choice of 4 supermarkets within a 5 mile radius to include Aldi, Lidl, Tesco and Morrison’s. Open all year round, please note there is a 2 night minimum stay. Walks suited to different abilities, ranging from 1-9 miles. Twmbarlwm is however a must if your feeling up to it, offering spectacular views. There’s plenty of things to do and places to see, whether it be exploring the great outdoors, visiting the City, Museums, Castle’s or the other option would be to just unwind relax and enjoy your break.
