The property is ideally located just moments from Surf Beach and 12 minutes walking to Wimbie beach. Approximately 2.5 hours from Canberra it is the ideal getaway from the city hustle yet it offers within minutes all the conveniences needed. Batemans Bay famous for the cafes and restaurants it is just 12 minutes away by car. For an easy and enjoyable stay you need a car. Though, within walking distance you can easily reach the beach. Noise Policy: We always follow strict noise regulations and ask you to be respectful and considerate. Any breach of the noise regulations may result in eviction without a refund of remaining funds or deposit. Age Limit: We do not accept reservations for groups with travellers under the age of 23 years unless a specific exception has been approved. The home is perfect for mature travellers and families. Supplies: A complimentary welcome pack will be provided that includes several single use items to get you started including tea, coffee, sugar, milk, soap, laundry, and dishwashing supplies.
