A very spacious apartment located in a former winery from the end of the 18th century, situated in the center of the Cathar Country with stunning views , on the south garden, and the surrounding hills of Limoux . Close to Carcassonne. Our house is situated in a calm and peaceful setting in the middle of the vineyards although at only 2 minutes from the center of Limoux where you will find many little restaurants, shops and lots of animation. The apartment is well equipped and we have tried to keep the original features of the house with the comfort and needs from today. The apartment offers a spacious bedroom with a queen size bed, a bathroom with shower and sink, a second bathroom with bath/shower and sink, a separate toilet and a cosy sitting room with an extra very comfortable double sofa bed. The apartment further contains a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, crockery, cutlery, etc. Relax on the large (16m²) private terrace with a glass of wine and enjoy some breathtaking views whilst enjoying a little BBQ . Or wind down in the private park or garden surrounding the property. Free wireless internet is available, as well high speed cable internet, a flatscreen TV with satelite TV and USB connection and a DVD/Blu Ray player. You will have access to the large garden/park around the house where you will find plenty of little places to relax, including a nice swimming pool. Free access to the laundry room. We now this region very well and we like to share our experiences with our guests. We gladly assist you in making your vacation unforgettable: organising day tours - wine tasting - arranging restaurant bookings - booking sport activities - planning some nice hiking tours (we are hikers and we have all the maps and books available on spot). Our private part is situated on the same land and we are always available when you have any question or when you need more information.
