It consists of a large open space with large living room, fireplace and basement carved into the rock, kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. From 2 to 8 beds with the possibility of reserving all or part of the rooms. Guests enter from the well-lit alley that starts from the square and the independent entrance has a small paved and completely fenced outdoor area with tables and chairs, and in common with our neighbors who are also our collaborators. The common areas are divided by a beautiful wooden fence. In the heart of the ancient village, via Riparrucci is one of its picturesque alleys that descends directly on one of the main squares. The convenience of parking near the house will make your stay more comfortable when traveling. The nearby bar will allow you to sip a good coffee or a cold drink in the summer and hot in the winter. In the village you can move on foot in the alleys, or by car on the road that passes through the town and continues to the ski resorts and to the summit. We are 10 minutes from the ski slopes and half an hour from the coast. The bar in the square near the house ensures coffee, breakfasts, aperitifs and much more. In the village there is a picturesque and historic restaurant that requires reservations and can be reached on foot, while the others are just before the entrance to Pretoro and can be reached by car in a few minutes. We are in one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, in the Maiella National Park, now a UNESCO Geopark, 10 minutes from the ski slopes and half an hour from the coast. From here you can enter the ancient alleys immersed in the warm embrace of wood and rock, in the village between mountains and sea, or set out to discover our wonderful Abruzzo.
