House in Aguda Beach

In a blue flag beach and a fisherman village, 18km from Porto city. It´s a safe and relaxing place away from the tourisme. The house is right on the beach, terrace and windows have directly ocean view. It Has 1 floor and a mansard: Living room with a kitchennet , 1 wc, 2 rooms, 100 m2. The reservation for 2 persons include room, living room, kitchenette, toilet all on the first floor. To have 2 rooms you must reservate a third person. Near the house - train station, shops, restaurants, bars . The house has two apartments. One on the ground floor and this one on the first floor and a mansard,us you can see on the photos. On the back of the house there is a little garden with little apartment where usually i live. There is a main door for the 2 houses but each house is completely independent. The house Is really on the beach with a wonderful view in a wonderful village. Just to put your foot out in the street and you are on the beach with the ocean view, the Atlantic. From the house and terrace you can see all that and appreciate the magnificent sun set that are always different and always beautiful. Next to the house there is a sea museum, "Estação Litoral da Aguda", swimming-pool, wood road with 25km (go to Porto), bicycle path, restaurants, fish market, markets and other shops and a state medical center. 5 minutes walking there is the train station to go to Porto (in 25 minutes), Braga, Guimarães, Aveiro, Coimbra, Lisboa and all the citys in Portugal. 10 minutes walking there is a pharmacy. The reservation for 2 persons include the room, living room, kitchenette, toilet, balcony, all on the same floor. In that case you don’t have access to the mansard, where is the second room. If you want a second room, you must booking a 3th person. The reservation for 2 persons include only the room on the first floor. If you want another room and all the house, you must booking a 3th person. I´m always present because I live on the back of the house and as the portuguese way, I like to help my guests. People from Aguda are natural hostess. Always saw people coming to visit them, we live in front of the ocean.This is a little fisher village, so you can see the boats arriving and get some fish on the market, when you are having a coffee in one of the terraces by the beach. The location of the house is perfect - right on the beach. In one minute walk distance you find two grocery stores, bakery, cafe, drink-bar and at least 3 restaurants serving as well typical portuguese food. I will help giving all the informations I have. When you arrive to Aguda you don’t want to go away. This safe and calm place has a lot of activities to do concerned the sea, us surf, kitesurf, swimming etc and also to nature. You can walk along the beach on the dunes by the wood path direction Porto or South to Espinho, another city 9 km from Aguda. In the next beach, Miramar there is a famous chapel "Sr. da Pedra. Its famous because is on beach. Aguda is also a good place to cycle or to run or staying relaxing on a terrace here on the street in front of the beach. 5 minutes walking from the house there is the train station to go to Porto and has connection to metro station to the airport. If you go to Porto city center the trip takes 25 minutes. The ticket costs 1.40€. You can also go to Porto walking along the beach and Douro river- 15KM. From this train station in Aguda you have connection to all the citys in Portugal. You can park the car in front of the house only to take off the bagged because is a peatonal street. But you can park the car very near in a little road very safe and free parking Please, could you send me a message telling me when do you arrive? The heating central works by a salamander of pellets. If it´s cold It should be put working everyday around 18.00 . If you are not at home around 18.00h, if you want and I´m at home, I can put it working if I go inside the house. You need to pay a turistic tax for the portuguese state When you arrive at the house.
