Owner is on site. Miles of trails (connecting to Sprague Land Preserve) for horseback riding, hiking and mountain biking. Ideal for a Horsey Girls Getaway! Completely separate apartment in single family home. Maximun 6 adults no exceptions. Open concept space with comfortable sleeping areas. One full bedroom with a queen bed, 2nd bedroom with queen bed open to the main living area. Queen size sofa bed in living area. Fully equipped kitchen and space for dining and relaxing. Covered patio with seating and a gas grill and fire pit. Inground saltwater pool and soothing pastoral views. Guests have access to the apartment and pool area. Contact host for details when bringing horses. We have an active, mostly adult, riding community. Owner is involved and on site. Private and quiet farm seems remote, but shopping, eateries, and casinos are within a 30-minute radius. Other attractions include Mystic Seaport, Aquarium and local wineries. Guests must provide their own transportation. Local taxis are available for short jaunts.
