Charming Holiday Cottage with Big Outdoor Space

An authentic Croatian cottage 135 years old and renovated to suit today's living. A wander to find in the city of Zagreb! Our family saved this cottage from neglect in early 1990s and in 2016 we decided to prepare it for guests at our estate. It is a unique experience to spend leisure time at this type of accommodation, especially being located in the big city such is Zagreb. The cottage is fully equipped with a spacious bathroom, bedroom in the attic, a living room, and a brick kitchen. The space is particularly interesting. The total surface of the ground floor (hallway, kitchen, living room and bathroom) is around 30 m2, and the attic is around 25 m2. The double and single beds that can accommodate up to 3 persons are located in the attic. The two extra persons can sleep at the comfortable couch in the living room. The staircase to the attic is located in the living room and is pretty windy, as it was the only was it could fit into the space, so one should keep this in mind if somebody of your travel companions or yourself have problems with legs or taking steps. The kitchen is little but fully equipped with two-ring stove, a fridge, microwave, and a little bar with three stools. The guests can use their own porch as well as the rest of the large garden. The area is very children friendly and is an ideal space for relaxation and rest. Our own family takes care of the whole estate, where we also rent another two standard apartments, so there is always somebody available to welcome guests as well as provide necessary information. The neighbourhood is residential and quiet. This is particularly appreciated by our guests. Here is the place for rent and peace, try it out! Public transport (bus) stop is 200 m away. Taxis run very well in Zagreb and are not expensive. Coming by car is easy as well, parking is available on site. Please note the cottage has elevated thresholds, and a windy staircase.
