The huge bay windows of the living room offers you a magnificent and unobstructed view of the mountains and the valley, like a giant painting changing with the seasons. You will never get tired of it. Beautiful 3 bedroom chalet & a big mezzanine (for additional sleeping space), minutes from the Nendaz ski slops (5 min by car or 500 m from the Post bus), restaurants and bars in the heart of Nendaz. "FeelGood” Chalet - 3 bedroom room chalet + 1 mezzanine spanning across 150 m2 on 2.5 levels, sleeps 8 guests. Comfortable, high quality and modern furnishings. • On the first floor: large living/dining room with panoramic window with open fireplace, cable TV and high speed Wi-Fi. Exit to the terrace & garden. Open Kitchen with high end equipment including oven, dishwasher, 4 induction glass hobs, coffee machine, toaster, raclette grill & Cheese fondue Set. • On the lower ground floor: 3 bedrooms including one ensuite bathroom. Separate Shower/WC. Access directly to the garden from 2 bedrooms. • On the upper first floor: 20m2 mezzanine with a modern sofa (140cm comfortable mattress); office & reading space. The mezzanine offers the best views of the Rhone Valley, especially at night. • Barbecue (portable) while enjoying beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the valley. • Parking: 1 garage space + 1 additional parking in front of the house. • Ski dryer for 10 pair of ski shoes. • Please note: non-smokers only. • You will have access to the full chalet. • Roads are cleaned in winter every day. Our service partners will get the chalet in good conditions before your arrival. Keys will be available in a keybox around the house. We will share the code, which we change regularly, shortly before you arrive. The chalet is not located on (Hidden by Airbnb) maps yet as this is a brand new street. We will share the details upon booking confirmation. About Haute-Nendaz : • Family-friendly, Haute-Nendaz is an enjoyable place for Ski or summer mountain holiday. You will find all the facilities, various shops and services. • The 4 Vallées ski area and its extensive network of lifts offer magnificent slopes with guaranteed snow, for all snow sports and for all levels. This is the biggest ski area in Switzerland with approx.. 500 km of linked slopes in winter. Nendaz ski resort is linked with Verbier, Thyon and Veysonnaz. • Lots of walks & hikes available setting off from Haute-Nendaz : bisses (most pleasant waterside walks), forest and mountain paths, Tracouet, Cleuson dam, Japanese Garden, glacial lake of Grand-Desert, etc. • It is very well served by the Bus line Sion-Nendaz and easily accessible by car all year round on a good road • The lifts operate in summer, allowing you to enjoy the benefits of the mountain air and effortlessly discover various breathtaking panoramic views • Outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts, spa, skating rink Bringing a car is ideal, but there is a Post bus running all year around. The stop is 500 m from the chalet, which runs quite frequently (every 30 min to 1h depending the time of the day & season). There are buses from Nendaz to Siviez in ski season. • Note an additional Local tax fee will be collected from you upon arrival. This is 3,5 CHF (adult above 16 years) or 1,75 CHF (6-16 years) per night and will be collected in cash. This is a mandatory Nendaz tax on tourist which is paid to the authorities. • In the winter months snow chains and winter tires are essential for access to the ski resort. • Rubbish must be taken away from the chalet on departure. • A list of babysitters is available at the tourist office. • SPA center at the Hotel 4 Vallées. • In the resort: supermarket, shops, butcher, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, disco, night club. Local pharmacies and doctor also available. • Activities: climbing, hiking, wellness center, fitness center, sauna, massage.
