Upon your arrival you will be impressed by the immense garden, at the end of which you will find a convenient parking. The villa consists of two apartments on two levels with separate entrance. Both apartment has stunning lake view from all rooms. So you can enjoy the good Italian wine while admiring the fabulous views from the large stained-glass windows in the living room or relax directly in the beautiful garden with dining sets. All the rooms warm and cozy will surely make your stay enjoyable. Guests can plan their visits and tours easily as the villa is equipped with wi-fi. On the first floor there is a spacious living room with a dining next to the large lake view windows and comfortable armchairs, sofas and a TV set. Fully renovated in the year 2016 with a microwave and dishwasher. In this apartment there are 3 bedrooms, one double, one single and one triple. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. His position gives guests a peaceful atmosphere and a lovely stay in comfort where you can enjoy a spectacular view of the lake and the hermitage of Santa Caterina. The villa is located in Magognino, It is about 8 km from the center of Stresa where there are bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Also from the landing stage you can easily reach the magnificent Borromeo islands, public service or taxi boat. Stresa is not only the lake but also the mountains! Magnificent hiking trails and scenic tours invite you to explore the beautiful surrounding mountains on foot. A great outing for breathtaking views recommend the Stresa-Alpino-Mottarone cable car. Check in time is from 15:00 to 18:00. After 18:30 there is an extra charge for late-check in of euro 10,00 for each hour of delay. For pets there is an additional fee of euro 20,00.
