Before entering the house, a large patio for exclusive use, an ideal place for recreational moments, entertainment and barbecues, welcomes guests. In the house, a spacious living room, with dining table and two sofas (sofa beds) overlooks a balcony that runs along the entire house. The living room leads to the kitchen, on the right, equipped with a hob, fridge, freezer, microwave and oven. Going to the left there is the laundry room (with washing machine) and the bathroom with window (equipped with sink, hydromassage shower and bidet). At the back of the house, with a French window overlooking the balcony, there is the double bedroom, equipped with a large wardrobe and TV. In the same building there is another apartment, of the same style and also designed for welcoming guests, with which this house shares a spacious common courtyard, equipped with barbecue and benches, which can be used for moments of leisure and relaxation.
