Cosy Annexe With Peaceful Surroundings

The Annexe is on a private equestrian property on the edge of the lovely village in Upwell, 6 miles wisbech, 6 miles downham market and 19 miles kings lynn, great local pubs & restaurants, fishing , walking the dog, set on a lovely quiet country road with walk along the river within 2 minutes, we have sheep , goats and chickens and a little children's play area, good parking, im always available and around if needed as live in the main house, and can help with directions and points of interest quiet beautiful village please give advance notice if bringing a dog, dogs are not aloud in the bedrooms due to hygiene reasons, dog bowls & poo bags provided, although the gardens are secure they are shared, please do not let dogs out on their own as cars coming in and out of electric gates, secure dog walking paddock available on the property with somewhere to sit and supervise, dogs must be kept on the lead until entering the paddock, toys, poo bags & bin provided, dogs must not be left in paddock or in the accommodation unattended.
