Panoramic flat with balcony+terrace

The flat with beautiful vaulted ceiling is in the medieval centre of Pigna. There are two bedooms, a living room, a kitchen with all appliances, two bathrooms, a balcony with a panoramic view of the Nervia valley and a terrace on the other side of the house. There is satellite TV and free wifi Internet. This property in an ancient stone house is in the historic centre of Pigna, one of the several medieval villages of the Nervia valley. It has sun all the year being south faced. The apartment has beautiful vaulted ceilings, a panoramic balcony where you can have lunch/dinner, sunbathe or just enjoy the view of the beautiful nature of the Nervia valley and a terrace on the other side of the house. Beside the balcony there is the kitchen with a dinner table and next a small bathroom with shower. The living room has a sofa bed, an armchair, a fireplace and a flat TV where you can watch foreign channels. Upstairs under a high wooden ceilings there is a double bedroom, a small bedroom with bunk beds both and a bathroom with shower. The apartment has all modern appliances, kitchen utensils and centralized heating. Bathroom towels and bed sheets are provided. The historic centre of Pigna is only accessible on foot, but parking is just 150 meters away. Shops and restaurants are a 2-3 minutes walk from the apartment. Pigna can offer also a tennis court, a football field, two children's play areas and a 4star spa hotel where visitors can use the outdoor swimming ot try different type of treatments. Otherwise, in Isolabona 10 minutes from Pigna, the campsite has a big pool where it is possible to go for the day. There are plenty of rock pools around the village suitable for bathing. There is public transport between Pigna and Ventimiglia (the nearest train station) on the seaside. Buses run 4-5 times per day except Sunday. A taxi from Ventimiglia will cost around 45 Euro. If you hire a car at Nice airport you need to drive towards Genova Italy (Genes in French) on the motorway. After around 25 minutes you arrrive in Italy. You need to exit the motorway at Ventimiglia, just after the border. At the end of Ventimiglia you have to turn left (you will see the indication for Pigna) and a 20 minutes drive will take you to Pigna. Pigna is a medieval village 20 minutes (20 kilometers) from the sea and not far away from the French Riviera and Montecarlo. Nice airport is about one hour by car. Pigna can boast the only thermal bath in Liguria.
