Situated on the seafront of Leven, we are next door to the 1st tee of Leven Links with the Fife coastal path running past the front door. With all rooms booked you get a full Scottish breakfast or variations thereof. All rooms have a flat screen TV, tea/coffee/hot choc facilities Walkers on the Fife Coastal Path right past the front door, golfers for Leven Links or other local courses including St Andrews, views over the Forth Bay. We have an excellent lounge that overlooks the water so even if our seaview rooms are booked, you can always sit and view the Forth from there.
