Hideaway on Hume

A perfect couples retreat and only a 5 minute walk to the Boonah town centre. Our house is a one of a kind in Boonah built in 1935. Gardens and lots of birdlife. The accommodation is located at the back of the house with a private area to relax in. Also includes private entrance. Ideal for wedding guests, hikers & close to Mt French, local attractions and wineries. I also have 2 more B&Bs at the same address (Hideaway on Hume #2 & #3) if you are interested. There is a large fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine for your use. A smart television, wi-fi, desk and chair to work or study is provided too. There is also plenty of wardrobe space and draws. You will also find shampoo, conditioner & shower gel. You can access our gardens and greenhouse. This is hosted accommodation with the owners living at the front of the house. I am normally present to greet my guests but also provide a key safe with instructions if I am not present. We are happy to help our guests with any enquiries they may have. We love to promote our local area regarding things to see and do in the beautiful Scenic Rim. We are in walking distance to everything you need in town (4 pubs, cafes, Supa IGA, art gallery, bakeries, cinema, op shops, library, show ground & much more). Boonah only has one taxi so getting around requires your own car/motorbike. Boonah also has a personal passenger service who can pick up and drop you off to weddings etc. I can provide this information once you have booked if needed. Onsite parking is available. A substantial continental breakfast will be provided every morning. Everything is left in the BnB for your use. We are also in a drought with moderate water restrictions so we ask that when using the bathtub please only have one bath per person per day. I also wash all dishes whilst you are staying.
