DESCRIPTION: The SUNNY suite is located above a private home. It has a Private dedicated entry for guests on the second floor. It includes a private bathroom, a spacious bedroom, and two sitting areas with a couch, a rocker, and two desks. Important: To keep prices low for guests, the suite is set up for sleeping and study only. No food or drinks except water are provided or allowed in the suite. Please read the house rules before booking to insure that this space is a good fit for you. Our home is conveniently located within walking distance of Grove City College and beautiful nostalgic downtown Grove City. The main street (Broad Street) boasts many quaint shops and several first rate restaurants. Slippery Rock University is just 7 miles south of our home. A few miles to the West of our home is the Grove City Prime Outlets mall at the intersection of I-80 and I-79. Take a tour of historical Wendell August Forge, located just west of the Outlet Mall, and visit the beautiful forge gift shop. Finally, I always recommend the excellent cuisine and atmosphere of the Timber Creek Tap and Table restaurant just across the street from the Prime Outlets. This small college town location is quaint, peaceful, and friendly. We hope you will feel welcomed here. *** Dear GCC students and SOs.*** I recognize it is very difficult to find a way to spend time with SOs during this time of quarantines. I wish that I had a quarantined common space in my home for unmarried students to relax privately that is not also a private bedroom but I do not. I apologize in advance for this. Please refer to the campus guidelines for students when booking and respectfully apply the same house rules in my private home. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have about this. There is a fenced in backyard and a deck/patio space available to guests. I usually greet guests at the door for a brief chat upon arrival and show guests to their room. I will be available by text or phone to answer questions and to provide for your needs during your stay. I enjoy chatting with my guests to get to know them a bit if time permits during their stay. We are located at the top of a quiet, dead end street in residential Grove City. The happy laughter of children at play can be heard most hours of the day. There is no public transportation. Guests should have their own vehicle. Please note that you will check in at the back of the house. 611 Craig Street is the address from the driveway where you will park. Outside stairs to your house entry are through the gate off the back porch- patio of the house. ( Please read check in instructions.)
