Furnished apartment near Munich

Dear guests! You spend in a private apartement with a separate entrance. The apartment offers everything for a enjoyable hostel stay in and around Munich. The apartment is particularly well suited for Munich, fair and Oktoberfest visitors and of course all who would like to take a vacation in and around Munich or the Alpine Foothills. The modern and tastefully furnished 30 sqm apartment is located in the basement (with daylight) a detached house in Kirchheim near Munich. The apartment has a separate entrance. The apartment is fully restored and furnished incl. new bathroom and kitchen. Nearby there are shops, 2 bakeries, restaurants (2 Bavarian localities, Italian deli / -restaurant, Greek or Indian Restaurant, Mc Donalds) and the Heimstettener lake. The minimum period of stay is two nights. Final cleaning is included in the price. The cleaning service and linen change every week and are included in the price. The apartment has a built-in kitchen and a bright, separate bathroom. It has two single beds (90 x 200 cm), which are set together, Cable-TV incl. Sky, SMART-TV incl. Netflix-App, radio/ stereo, cd-player, wardrobe, table with chairs and a desk. The kitchen is fully equipped incl. 4-ring electric hob, oven, fridge with ice box, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, dishes, pots/ pans, cutlery, etc., dishwashing liquid, detergent and dish towels. The spacious bathroom has a shower (height 1.80 m), WC and washbasin. We provide you beside the bed linen and towels also hand soap and a hair dryer. Wireless Internet access (WIFI) or Wire Internet Access (VDSL 250 Mbit / sec) is free of charge. Free Parking in the street outside the house without any problems. For any questions during your stay I`m gladly available - personally on-site, by telephone, SMS, What`s App or by Airbnb. You can reach the Munich city center by bus and city train or subway in 30 minutes, Oktoberfest in 45 minutes. You can reach the fair/ Riem Arcaden (shopping center) only in 5 min. by car, 15 min. Munich city center, 10 min. Allianz Arena (football/ soccer arena) or 20 min. airport. If you arrive by remote bus or train, then you need from the central bus station or the main train station for the public transportation the “Zone M-1”-Ticket. This is available as single or group ticket for one or more days. From the airport you need the “Zone M-6”-Ticket. Kirchheim-Heimstetten has its own motorway entrance and is located near the motorway junction Munich East (A99/ A94) and the motorway junction Munich North (A9/ A99). Breakfast service can not be provided, however there are breakfast places and bakeries within walking distance (see above). We speak English.
