Workshop n°2 for 6 with shared pool and sauna.

Our Workshop n°2 property sleeps 7 people in 2 king size bedrooms and 1 triple room making an ideal house for family gatherings or groups of friends. The 2 workshop properties can be rented separately or together making a total of 13 beds plus baby beds if necessary. For more information please ask questions before booking or look at our new web site burgundyartisangites.couk The apartment is south facing and makes a lovely sunny open plan space for the ground floor, with it's open plan kitchen and large dining table. Large workshop style windows let the sun stream through and in colder months curtains can be pulled to keep out the chill. The ground floor has a large bedroom with a king size bed, wardrobe and bedroom chair, there is space to put a bay bed if necessary. There is a full spacious bathroom fitted with old fashioned sink, toilet and shower with jets and all beautifully decorated with patterned cement tiles. The wooden staircase leads up to the mezzanine where there is a small sofa and a bookcase with a good selection of books in english, french and german and some board games. The first floor has 2 bedrooms, 1 king size with room for a cot, the second bedroom has a single bed and 2 bunk beds. The bathroom has a shower with door, toilet and basin with drawer unit. A hairdryer is provided. The terrace has a private barbecue, stone table and chairs, parasol etc and is enclosed and safe for dogs. The swimming pool, 10m x 4m, is flat bottomed making it ideal for small children learning to swim and youngsters wanting to play ball games. It is shared with our other Workshop apartment. I am available to give you information for visits, recommendations for restaurants etc, vegetables from the garden, but at the same time we are very discreet. The Workshop is situated on the outskirts of the town of Semur en Auxois, it's a 10 minute walk to the centre where there are numerous restaurants, tourist information office, banks etc. The nearest train station is Venarey les Laumes, there is a regular train service to Dijon and Montbard station for trains to Paris.
