Bryn Glas Farm Stay
We are on a small rural acreage a few minutes drive from town and local beaches. The fully self contained unit is attached to the main house but separated down one end for your privacy. Enjoy our beautiful country mountain views while still being close to shops and attractions. All linens included. Farm fresh breakfast supplies including our eggs, home baked loaf and more are available for you to prepare at your leisure. We are now dog friendly. See House Rules for more details. The recently renovated unit has a Queen bedroom with an ensuite, kitchen with full fridge, dishwasher, cooktop and countertop oven, a separate sitting/dining area, enclosed deck with views onto the mountains and an adjacent dog run for our furry guests. Extra guests using the pullout day bed will need to share this ensuite bathroom therefore making it more suitable for families. We have sheep, chickens and a maremma sheep dog on the property. Farm stay experience may include feeding sheep and chickens and collecting eggs subject to availability. Please contact host if interested. Please note, our only source of water is rainwater tanks; please be mindful of your usage. Our sewerage is a septic system; please only biodegradable items to be flushed down the toilet. You may walk around the "people" areas of the property - house paddock and gardens but please do not enter the "farm/animal" paddocks without hosts. Sometimes I may not be available in person to meet you or check you in. If this is the case, you will be provided with self check in instructions. I am available by mobile, text or email if you need anything. I am happy to have a chat with guests but will of course respect your privacy. If you are interested in meeting the animals, we are more than happy to take you. Moruya is a small country town. We are on a large residential block with country animals surrounding us such as horses, sheep, chickens, goats, cows and alpacas, as well as local wild life such as kangaroos, wallabies, kookaburras, king parrots and other native birds. We are on the outskirts of a small country town. There is no public transportation to the property. There are some buses and taxis in town. Guest parking is at the back of the house. Upon entering the property, follow the fence line, drive up onto the grassy area, following the arrow sign to the back of the house. You may park anywhere near the guest entry ramp.
