Lovely family friendly house in South Liverpool with a large garden. Fully fitted kitchen and full size family bath/wetroom. Excellent public transport links, only 20 minutes to Liverpool City Centre by train, near to Liverpool John Lennon Airport and with great motorway connections nearby. The National Trust's Speke Hall Tudor House and gardens are only 10 minutes away and for Beatles fans there is St Peters Church, Strawberry Fields, Mendips, Penny Lane & Paul McCartney's house all nearby. When you rent my house you'll get the entire house. Three bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen separate dining room and lounge. Off the hall you'll find the main lounge containing lots of comfortable seating, flat screen TV and living flame fire, perfect for cosy evenings. The next room is the dining room with dining table seating 6 and overlooks the huge 100 foot garden. Next to the fully fitted and equipped kitchen where you can prepare a full 3 course meal or any light snacks or refreshments. Outside you'll find patio with garden furniture and over 100 foot of garden. Upstairs you'll find the master bedroom containing a king size bed with fitted wardrobes and plenty of space, one twin bedded room with 2 single beds and one single bedroom. The Bathroom is a wet room with toilet sink and power shower Guests will have access to the whole house and garden too. I'll be available for the duration of your stay should you require anything and live just 10 minutes away should you have any problems or questions. - We are open but AIRBNB has blocked our calendar. We are a 5 minute walk to Hunts Cross station which will take you into central Liverpool in 20 minutes, Southport & Chester in an hour and Manchester in 45 minutes. Both Anfield and Goodison Park are easily reached via a short train journey to Sandhills were the train connects to the Soccer-bus that takes you to the ground on Match Days. Just mention at the station that you are getting the Soccer bus when buying your train ticket and they will give you an inclusive ticket There are also numerous buses that go past the bottom of the road into central Liverpool which take approximately 45 minutes. An Uber/Delta Cab will cost approximately £20 The nearest Supermarket is the Co-which about 6 minutes walk away or there is an Asda about 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive. The lovely Woolton Village, home to St Peters Church, where John Lennon & Paul McCartney first met at the Woolton Village Garden Fete on 6th July 1957 and the graveston of Eleanor Rigby, Woolton Woods/Camphill & Reynolds Park is a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive away. It has a variety of pubs, restaurants & shops There is on street parking outside the house for those traveling by road. There are excellent public transport links both locally and into the city centre. Alternatively there is Uber or local taxi companies This is a 3 bedroom family home in a beautiful residential area of Liverpool Note: This property has a noise detection device installed to monitor the noise level. Once excessive noise is detected, it may result to termination of the booking without a refund.
