With us you live in a beautiful bright apartment (42 m2) with a bedroom (bed 140 * 200), a modern bathroom and a spacious living-dining area. An extra bed up to max. 4 people is possible with the comfortable sofa bed. Our apartment is a Non smoking apartment (smokers can smoke in the yard). In the apartment you will find good facilities, such. B. Ceramic hob (4 plates), oven, kettle, coffee machine, washing machine, 60 inch flat screen TV etc. In appropriate weather, our small garden can be used as a seat. A grill (lotus grill) with accessories can be borrowed from us for little money. A cot (travel cot) can be provided if required. Towels and bed linen are of course included. Attention: Until 3 nights a final cleaning fee of 35,00 € is due. The apartment is located in the old town center of Annaberg-Buchholz. In a few minutes you can reach the Annaberg market or the Annenkirche. Shops can be found in the center around the market. A discount store can be reached within 1200 meters.
