The Loft @ Denver - privacy & comfort

Nestled on the half acre leafy grounds of "Denver", a beautiful Victorian heritage home, is The Loft. With views overlooking the district to the Barrington Tops, it's private, comfortable and quiet. The Loft sits to the right of the property, has a separate driveway and a private entrance. Perfect for couples visiting the Hunter and business travellers. Newly renovated, The Loft is a large space of 12m x 6m. With a luxury king sized bed, ensuite, kitchenette, business desk, air conditioning, TV and ironing facilities, you can settle in and relax. Separate to the main house, The Loft is private and very comfortable. The Loft's kitchenette is fully equipped with kettle, toaster, china, cutlery, wine glasses, tea/coffee making facilities (supplied), a bar fridge, microwave and a small dining setting for 2 at the window with views over Denver's garden. We provide only premium hotel quality linen, feather doonas and pillows for the king bed. The ensuite bathroom also has amenities such as soap, shampoo, moisturiser etc as well as new, fluffy, Egyptian cotton white towels. Hand towels and face washers are also provided. For your comfort there are 2 leather lounge chairs plus a business desk for laptop use, with a desk lamp and phone charging. Iron and ironing board are also provided as well as a hair dryer. We can provide extras: full breakfast, laundry service, home cooked meals, and transport - charges apply for these extra services. Checkout 11am. The entire loft is for your use, with the private car parking space. We respect your privacy however are happy to assist with anything you may need during your stay, just message or phone us. This area of East Maitland is regarded as the best street in the area, with other surrounding heritage homes and leafy gardens. It's 2 minutes walk from the Lawes Street Village shops which has cafes, a Pub, IGA, pharmacy, hairdresser, barber, beauty salons, boutiques, travel agents, the lot, also a Post Office. A short 5 minute drive away is the Stockland Greenhills shopping centre. Victoria Street Station is only 4 minutes walk and there are buses, Uber and taxis close by. The Loft is centrally located - close to Morpeth, Maitland, Newcastle and Hunter Valley Vineyards. It's such a great area to be in and it is also very quiet, you get the best of both worlds. We also offer transport to Newcastle, the Vineyards and wedding venues for an extra charge. This is popular with our concert-going guests and provides a cost effective and safe journey to and from gigs. The Loft is close to transport and it is easy to get around by car, bus & train. We are also licensed for private transport, so if you need to get to a venue such as wedding or concert, we can provide this at competitive rates.
