Herb Wood Cottage - a unique, perfect getaway

A unique mid terraced newly furnished and decorated country cottage set in beautiful farm land. This is a dog friendly cottage along with space for bikes. Bright and spacious accommodation which is well-equipped and a large peaceful, tranquil and fully fenced garden. The under floor heating in the bathroom adds to the cosy cottage feel. The Christmas decorations will go up in the first week of December however, they can go up earlier if requested. Business bookings welcome. The cottage is in a perfect location to explore the Scottish Borders either on a bike, foot or by car. Attractions include Floors Castle, Abbotsford House, Melrose Abbey, Jedburgh Abbey and Jail, Eildons, Ruberslaw, St. Mary's Loch and Tweedbank train station all within 15 miles. Just a 10 minute walk to the pretty villages of Minto and Denholm which boasts pubs, a restaurant, a café, village and antique shop. For every air bnb booking there is a complimentary bottle of prosecco provided as well as the standard biscuits, tea, coffee and milk. In the summer months there is a barbecue and a complimentary easy light charcoal pack and in the winter months a ready to light fire and large basket of logs.
