In walking distance from the apartment, there is a park with children's playground, a food market with domestic products, bakery, farmacy, gas station, Kaufland, Lidl, shopping center Supernova, Mc donalds, a couple of nice restaurants as well as a tram and a bus stations connecting to the very center of the city in a matter of 15 minutes. Also there is a train station. In the close proximity of the apartment, you can also enjoy a city zoo, the historical park-forest of Maksimir as well as the Maksimir Stadium which shows various music and football events. Na pješačkoj udaljenosti od apartmana nalazi se park s dječjim igralištem, tržnica, pekarnica, nekoliko lijepih restorana kao i tramvajska i autobusna postaja s direktnom vezom do centra grada (15 min).
