It has a full bath with shower, living room, large three season family room with fireplace, a lovely fenced yard and a patio with charcoal grill and dining table and seating. This home has a large fenced yard that your pet can enjoy. This is in a quiet area, suburban and about 1 mile south of Crete. There is an office space guests can use with a desk and outlets nearby. The living room has a home theater so you get great sound for watching TV/movies or listening to music on your phone or ipod. The TV is internet enabled, so you can login to Netflix or Hulu to watch your programs. The kitchen island has seating for 3 people with the barstools. The patio has a dining table that can seat 6 people. There is a charcoal grill on the patio as well. Charcoal and grilling tools are available for guest use. Guests will have complete access to Apt 2. This is the rear apartment on this property. The small yellow house on the front of the property is Apt 1. It is the host's residence and business office for the storage business. Its possible you will see me on the property since I live in the front house (Apt 1) and operate the self storage business. It's suburban and somewhat rural as there are farms the immediate area. Restaurants in the area include: Aurelio's Pizza, Pizza Hut, Smoky Joe's Real Pit Barbeque, McDonald's, Taco Bell, and Culver's. Good golf courses in the area include: Balmoral Woods, Deer Creek Golf Course, Lincoln Oaks Golf Course, and Tuckaway Golf Club. For working out there is Fitness Premier in Crete and also a 3 mile biking/running trail at Plum Creek Greenway Trail. For shopping there are several antiques shops in downtown Crete, also on Dixie Hwy. Its about 37 miles to downtown Chicago. There is a train station for Metra in University Park at 1900 University Pkwy, University Park, IL 60466. This is 6 miles from my property.
