Laughing Waters Cabin

With its name derived from the ancient Native American name for the Olentangy River (on which the property sits), Laughing Waters is nestled on 6.5 acres of beautiful open meadows and woods with close proximity to many attractions and amenities. Our rustic Amish built log cabin is a wonderful way to be out in nature but have some of the creature comforts of home.  Cabin is not handicapped accessible. The cabin is a small, quaint one room cabin that provides for cozy nights and bon fires! We provide firewood when asked for, as well as free coffee! The perfect cross between glamping and tiny house living! One queen bed is located in the loft, the other is a fold out couch but quite comfortable. NO RUNNING WATER, HOWEVER WE BRING TO YOU EVERYTHING YOU MAY NEED! The outdoor shower is wonderful! Guests are allowed to freely roam the 6.5 acres! We always appreciate the opportunity to meet our guests and look forward to the interaction with respect to privacy. The properties immediately surrounding ours once belonged to my wife's grandmother. She took in the proporty, planted trees and farmed the land. This is a wonderful spot in the trees but close to many amenities including the Coumbus Zoo, Polaris Mall, Historic Downtown Delaware and many more! All parking is on the property. There is no public transportation close by Cabin offers outdoor solar shower.
