Hello, I'm Airbnb member since October 2017. Stunning fully refurbished A Class penthouse (top energy saving classification and environmentally friendly in compliance with EU regulations). Surrounded by nature, immersed in the woods, you are just a mile from Andalo, with its ski slopes, and less than a mile from Molveno, with the famous reward winning Italian lake. The magic atmosphere gifted by the spruces and larches trees donates to your journey the most relaxing time of your holidays. Big, bright, cozy and comfortable penthouse with amazing view. The apartment is composed of: -Large living-room with sofa bed and TV set. -Kitchen with dining table, refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave. -Bathroom/toilet with shower. -Double bedroom with queen size bed. -Children's room with two single beds. -Mezzanine with french twin-bed. Bed linnen and towels are included in the rent. There is a private parking space opposite the house, with easy access to the apartment. I will let you in and show you around when you arrive and if possible I will see you off when you leave. During your stay I will leave you alone but be available if you need help. Being at Genzianella will be for you an amazing and unique experience; the sounds of the wood, the stream with its cristal water and the view over the Dolomites will make you feeling miles away from routine stress and troubles. A shuttle service is provided free of charge every 30 min. at 5 minutes walking distance. Alternatively, you can walk or cycle or push a stroller down the woods path to Andalo and Molveno. In winter time a shuttle service is provided to lift you up at the ski slopes. In the beauty of the Paganella Plateau you can practice outdoor activities like trekking, MTB, skiing and, in the summertime, swimming in the lake. Pets are welcome if small size.
