Channel View - Single/Small Double Room

Situated within the heart of Stoke Fleming, we are less than a ten-minute drive from Dartmouth, and only a short walk away from all the local amenities to include the beach at Blackpool Sands, the Green Dragon Village Inn, and Radius 7 Restaurant and Bar. Channel View boasts absolutely stunning sea views and we have ample off-road car parking for all of our guests. This is the smaller of our rooms and is most suited to single occupancy or couples looking for a budget room. This room is ideal for single travellers, but has a double bed so can suit couples on a budget. It has its own private en-suite bathroom with large double shower. There is also a communal lounge (located in the conservatory) for guests to relax in the evening etc. Please note that due to size limitations, we don't accept dogs in this room. Guests are welcome to use the conservatory in addition to their room. Stoke Fleming is a lovely village, located just ten minutes from Dartmouth Town. We ourselves are just a ten-minute walk from the award winning beach at Blackpool Sands. We have two eateries in the village - the Green Dragon Inn and Radius 7 Restaurant. Venus Cafe at Blackpool Sands also offer evening meals during the summer months. We are situated on the local bus route and are 30-mins drive from the nearest train station (Totnes).
