A beautiful 2 bedroom villa with spacious verandas, surrounded by trees and situated on the coast of Agios Theodoros (Larnaca region) with a stunning sea view, surrounded by outstanding natural beauty . Villa EVA, is located in a quiet, exceptionally beautiful holiday resort complex consisting of 14 high quality villas. The location is opposite of a very beautiful sandy beach only a 2- minutes walk. The ground floor features an open plan living area with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen offering all modern new appliances, dining table, a spacious comfortable sitting sofa (for two people) and a smart screen TV. There is also a toilet and a shower and two bedrooms. Master bedroom provides also an additional comfortable sofa bed .Villa can accommodate in total seven people and upon request 8 people. Villa Eva provides central heating and air conditioning in all areas and free high-speed Wi-Fi Barbeque facilities and baby cot are available. Also an outdoor shower and covered parking space for two cars are available. The villa is ideal for people who want to have relaxing holidays in a very peaceful environment. It's also perfect for exploring what Cyprus has to offer (historical ancient sites, traditional villages, beauty, only 2 minutes from a sandy beach. museums, entertainment places and clubs and so many other options) All spaces of the villa are accessible to the guests Interaction with guests I will be more than happy to meet and greet you on the day of arrival in order to show you around and explain a few useful things about the villa. I will also share suggestions of things to do and visit around the area, in order to make your stay as enjoyable and pleasant as possible. Throughout your stay I will be available for any assistance you may need.Other things to note I can arrange transfer to and from the airport at an extra charge. Please refer to the photos provided. Villa Eva is located at the middle of tree major cities of Cyprus , Nicosia , Limassol and Larnaca . Driving time for the three towns is only 30 minutes. Also very short driving time is needed to visit and enjoy traditional villages and cafe , tavernas supermarkets and other places. The location of the villa is a big advantage . Sea views are unique , and also the distance to three major cities of Cyprus is very reasonable , only 30 minutes drive to Nicosia or Larnaca or Limassol .
