It is situated in peaceful countryside, secluded, but not isolated being only 2 minutes from Lunac which has a post office, bar and bakery, and 6 mins from the busy village of La Fouillade with its impressive retail park (comprising a large supermarket, pharmacy, doctors, garden centre, DIY store, bakery, butchers, hairdressers, petrol garage and florist.). It is 20 mins to Villefranche de Rouergue which has a wonderful weekly market. The historic town of Najac, listed as one of the top 10 most beautiful villages in France is 15mins away, and has a railway station with frequent connections to Toulouse and the North. Rodez airport can be reached in 1hr and Toulouse airport in 1hr 45mins.
