Very recent, comfortable and fully equipped apartment, located in the exclusive Herdade da Aroeira Golf complex, located 600 meters from some of Portugal's best beaches and 25 kms from Lisbon. It is a place for dreamers to reset, reflect and create. From spending the morning in the Fonte da Telha beach, having a barbecue with your friends, choosing the perfect book to read as the sun sets, or by relaxing in the hammock in the balcony surrounded by hundreds of pine trees and a starry night sky. The apartment has a spacious living room with a fireplace where you can watch cable TV, read some of the books we have selected for you and have dinner. There is a wide balcony where you can use a barbecue, an outdoor table with chairs and a hammock to enjoy the pine tree view. The apartment has two bedrooms and one WC. Both bedrooms have two single beds that have been put together but can be separated. The master bedroom has is located on the ground floor and the second bedroom is located on a spacious mezzanine. The kitchen is fully equipped and has access to another smaller balcony. You'll have access to the whole flat and to the surrounding complex. However, the access to the golf, tennis and swimming pool areas has to be paid for. The complex also has a shopping and restaurant area, near the entrance. I'll be available and near to help you if needed. Herdade da Aroeira is located in a preserved area, 25km from the centre of Lisbon and just 600 meter from the beach. It is the largest housing and golf complex in the Greater Lisbon area. The estate covers 350 hectares, has thousands of pines and several lakes to go with a temperate microclimate. There are two 18-hole championship golf courses, a golf school, a friendly clubhouse with snack-bar, bar and golf shop, as well as apartments and villas, tropical swimming pool, four tennis courts, playground, shopping mall and a hotel is planned. The estate is ring fenced, has gatehouses and a round-the-clock security service.
