Attending a wedding/event? We are superbly located "between"local hotels. Lots for kids, in all weathers. Enjoy our patio, lawns and BBQ. For your safety and peace of mind, we have committed to Air B&Bs Enhanced Cleaning Protocol. We provide signage, hand-sanitisers and disposable paper towels, at both entrances to the property. We cater specifically to families in the Heart Of Enniskillen, where you have lots of open space in our fully gated gardens, with a slide for your children, plenty of space to play ball games, with patio and front, seating areas. You can walk to all of the town's amenities or use your own vehicle. There is no need to use public transport and you can do your best to keep yourself fit and healthy. If you are looking for a change of scene after lockdown, you can come here, remain private, remain socially distanced, get some fresh air and get a break in a different environment. Our private home is a fresh take, on retro-chic, urban-living and we really hope you can come here, re-group, re-energise and simply relax. Paying guests (only), have full access to the privacy of the entire property. There are no shared spaces, everything in the property is for the sole use of you and your paying guests. You can enjoy the outdoor seating areas and space without interference from others. Everything is here, giving you the opportunity to stay socially distanced and "stay home - away from home". We have a property manager who lives and works close by, who will meet you at the property and explain the "workings" of the house and answer any questions you may have. Since the house has been cleaned, sanitised and sealed before your arrival, we provide a written manual inside the house and you can easily learn about most things from that. If this is your preference then there will be no need for our property manager to enter the home and you should be able to manage quite easily, as our equipment is standard and self explanatory. Our property manager will be accessible by phone, but will not be at the property, except at check in and check out, (to collect and return your deposit) so you can have total privacy during your stay. Our house is located within walking distance to the Heart of Enniskillen. The area is quiet and peaceful and all of the houses are detached, with large private gardens. You and your family will be able to socially distance, stay separate and have a quiet enjoyable relaxing break. Our neighbours are kind and friendly should you require anything. However please be assured they will leave you to your own devices and will not bother you in any way. They will respect your privacy and will be more than pleased to see you coming and going. These houses were built in 1969 and were all bought by the young, up and coming professionals, in Enniskillen - many of the originals still live there, in their retirement today. The neighbourhood is quiet, safe and close to town - it's the Enniskillen version of "suburbia" and now, may even be of "old town" status. There is a lake opposite the entrance to our street and provides beautiful walks and areas to relax and watch migrating birds. There is also a cycle path close by and you will be able to walk into town with no need whatsoever to use public transport. Our guests can walk, catch the local "town service" bus, or book a taxi. Local taxis will bring you to all local amenities and you will have no problems being collected from nearby hotels, should you be attending a wedding and do not wish to drive home. Taxis to and from town, are cheap and fast. Please remember that our property manager will collect your £200.00 security deposit upon arrival. You will be met again at check-out and after inspection, your deposit will be returned in cash, as long as the property has not been damaged. As we are sure you will appreciate, we are operating in unprecedented times, due to the Covid-19 pandemic. As such we are obliged to do everything in our power to keep your our guests, our staff and our community, as safe as possible. In line with government guidelines, we ask you to observe all current Covid 19 rules in operation in N.Ireland, at the time of your check-in. We will not be held responsible for any breaches of these rules and add that our neighbours are within their rights to report, any infractions. To protect our neighbours and staff, we also ask that you strictly observe our quiet hours between 10pm and 8am and under no circumstances, should there be parties or events, thrown at our property. We ask you to sanitise your hands, each time you enter the property (this is provided for your convenience at the back and front doors) and we ask that you make sure that you then dispose of all your paper hand towels and masks, into the plastic bag in the bin in the kitchen and tie it up and put it safely into the green bin (at the side of the house), before you leave. UPON CHECK OUT - PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE ANY COVID BREEDING DISPOSABLES IN THE PROPERTY FOR OUR STAFF TO DEAL WITH. We remind you, that again we have signed up to enhanced cleaning protocols and must therefore ask you to leave the property no later than 10.30am, as we must leave our property stand, for 3 hours, before our next guests arrive. This is a brand new property and it is our aim to offer each and every one of our guests a high standard of cleanliness and freshness. As such we ask you to treat our property, as if it were your own and ask you to pay special attention to the removal of your shoes (shoe racks are provided at the front door) and to overall hygiene. Sadly, due to the selfish behaviour of previous guests, we have been left with no option, but to charge £50.00 per half hour, that you check out late, after 10.30am - this will be taken from your deposit. We will also charge fees for any damage done to our property, by fake tan and make up and dirt on walls and carpets. In addition any traces of alcohol found in bedrooms, will also incur a £50.00 charge from your deposit. We trust you can appreciate that respect for our property, our staff and our neighbours, is of the utmost importance and we wish you a truly peaceful and relaxing stay in our home.
