Twin Peaks Villa is the perfect place to set up base and bask in the lap of luxury while exploring one of the most beautiful regions on earth! We are very close to town - 5 minutes by car or an easy 40 minute walk into the City centre. This luxurious two bedroom apartment, both with full en-suite bathrooms, is ideal for a couple, a family or a group of four friends. The Villa has a large open plan kitchen, dining and living area which includes your own private bar with a stainless steel underbar fridge. Excellent indoor outdoor flow onto a large covered deck area with a huge macrocarpa outdoor table and comfortable verandah furniture. The covered deck leads onto an open sundeck with spa pool and two sun loungers. The list price is for two people staying in the Master Bedroom. The cost for extra guests staying in the second bedroom is $50 per person per night. Twin Peaks Villa has its own Private Entrance and a carport for your exclusive use. Check in with us at the main front door of the house and during your stay access to your Villa will be through your own front door in the carport. We live on the top floor of the Villa, love the Nelson lifestyle and are always more than happy to help with any questions or local guidance you might need. While we are totally dedicated to making your visit to Nelson very special, we also respect your privacy and leave you to make this your 'Home from Home' while you are here. The only thing shared is the washing machine and dryer located in the carport stairwell which is shared with guests staying in the Suite upstairs. Beautiful hillside neighbourhood of modern homes on the fringe of the City Centre with stunning views over the Tasman Bay. The spectacular Centre of New Zealand Walkway is literally at your back door and is a one hour round trip walk that will keep you in shape while you're here! We are very close to town so it's not expensive to catch a 5 minute Taxi ride into town. The airport is about a 20 minute drive and again a Taxi or Shuttle Bus are your best options if you don't have a car. It's an easy 40 minute walk into town.
