My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). This stone built holiday villa enjoys a wander down through the village which has about 60 inhabitants and takes a stroll into the citrus groves. All guests are invited to gather as many oranges as they need for a glass of fresh orange juice for breakfast! If you prefer to relax and enjoy the quieter things in life, this holiday villa is perfect as it has its own private garden, beautiful glistening swimming pool and barbecue area with shaded dining area – how relaxing! Inside the villa you will find an open-plan lounge with satellite TV, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. There is one bedroom downstairs and 2 bedrooms upstairs, accessible via an external staircase. Full House Always available to help! Miliou is one of the smallest and greenest villages in Cyprus thanks to an abundant supply of spring water, surrounded by citrus groves, almond trees and vineyards. It is perfect for long walks and for those who love nature and bird watching. The beaches, tavernas, market and shops of Polis and Latchi are about a 15-minutes drive away, and another few minutes will take you to the edge of the Akamas peninsula.The villa is within a 20 minute walking distance from the closest bus stop, alternatively a 5 minute drive and offers free private parking. You can visit Anarades Natural Trail or chill out at Ayii Anargyri Natural Healing Spa Resort which is just down in the village using natural spring water (and as our guest we will offer you 10% discount voucher for the Restaurant & Spa Treatments). You can explore also in Polis/Latchi area-the Akamas peninsula,Latchi harbour,Discover Neo Chorio village,Boat along the Akamas,try a new watersport,walkin, mountain biking, visit a local winery or monastery, visit the baths of Aphrodite. Air Conditioning in the bedrooms is included. TV is Satellite programmed with pre-selected satellite channels. WiFi is free of charge, and strong enough for normal everyday use such as emails and social media, however it will not work for streaming or downloading. €300.00 damage deposit will be required (by credit card) upon arrival which will be refunded straight into your account after we inspect the villa and there is no damages or need of excessive cleaning.
